dc.description.abstract	In 2010, hyperideals of Γ- hypernear-ring introduced by B. Davvaz [8] . In this paper, arbitrary union and intersection of a family of hyperideals of Γ- hypernear-ring is hyperideal of Γ- hypernear-ring are proved. This study showed that, the quotient Γhypernear-ring ( M/I, ⊕, ⊙ ) is Γ-hypernear-ring.	en_US
