| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to identify the impact of a proposed training program in the anaerobic direction on the effectiveness of the performance of handball players in AI –Marg city. The researchers used the experimental approach by design (pre – post) for two equal groups , one is a control group and the other experimental. These two group Represents the study population field which are the young players of clubs in the city of Marj under (18) years. The first hypothesis of the research indicates that there are statistically Significant differences between the two measurements (pre and post) And the experimental group in favor of the post measurement in the variables skills during this research. The second hypothesis, which indicates that there are no statistically Significant differences between the pre and post measurement for the control group and in favor of the post measurement at the variables (physical, physiological and skill) during this research. the third hypothesis which indicates the presence of statistically Significant differences from the two measurements ranges and the preened post measurement differences for each of the two research groups is, in favor of the experimental group in the variable’s for physical, physiological and skill in this research. | en_US |
